We are currently seeking a Mandarin-speaking HR Consultant to join our Sydney team on a max-term contract to cover a period of parental leave from mid-September 2026 to 30 June 2027 .

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced consulting environment, partnering with local and international clients, and delivering practical HR and recruitment solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

As an HR Consultant, you will support a portfolio of clients across:

- HR advisory and employee relations matters
- Employment contracts, policies and HR documentation
- HR compliance and Fair Work-related obligations
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Employer of Record (EOR) employee management




- Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Immigration and workforce mobility coordination
- Workforce planning and organisational development initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Previous experience in Human Resources, HR Consulting or Recruitment
- Robust knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong client relationships

Remuneration
