Muslim Care is expanding its clinical team in New South Wales! We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse who shares our commitment to upholding dignity, independence, and clinical excellence for our aged care consumers.

Key Requirements

- Professional Registration: Current, un-encumbered AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
- Work Rights: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with our diverse consumers and their families.
- Experience: Background in Aged Care, Home Care, or Community Health is highly regarded.
- Compliance: Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, and a current NSW Driver’s Licence with a reliable vehicle.

Core Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, care planning, and ongoing care evaluations for community consumers.
- Manage complex clinical needs, including wound care,



medication management, and chronic disease monitoring.
- Collaborate with consumers, families, GPs, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic, person-centred care.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to our dedicated care staff in the field.
- Maintain strict adherence to the Aged Care Quality Standards and organizational governance protocols.
