About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation and continuous improvement of compliance, quality assurance and governance processes across the business.

You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure compliance with regulatory, legislative and accreditation requirements, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will bring strong auditing experience, excellent communication skills, sound knowledge of quality management principles, and the ability to balance competing priorities while delivering accurate and practical compliance advice.

Is This Role For You?

- Understanding and practical application of RTO standards and aviation regulatory requirements such as CASA, EASA and equivalent regulatory frameworks is highly desirable
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a risk and compliance position or a similar role
- Lead Auditor certification or formal quality auditing qualification
- Tertiary qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, Aviation, or a related discipline will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet agreed deadlines
- Experience in conducting internal and external audits and managing corrective actions
- Ability to interpret and apply legislation, regulations, policies and procedures
- Willingness to learn, grow and undertake additional duties as required
