About the Role

Join WEX’s high-performing APAC Mobility team as a Relationship Manager overseeing a portfolio of Motorpass Key Accounts. In this pivotal commercial role, you will own and drive strategic account growth, serving as a trusted partner to high-value clients across Australia. You will act as the key commercial bridge between our partners and WEX’s internal Product, Tech, Operations, Risk, and Legal teams to deliver strategic growth, exceptional service and maximize account potential.

What You’ll Do

- Drive Strategic Account Growth: Expand WEX’s share of wallet within key strategic accounts, identifying cross-sell opportunities and driving adoption of new payment products.
- Champion Key Partnerships:Build deep, long-term advocate relationships with key stakeholders to ensure WEX remains the partner of choice.
- Lead Internal Alignment:Provide commercial direction to cross-functional internal teams to simplify processes, solve complex client challenges, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Execute Account Plans: Deliver regular performance metrics, actionable reporting, and clear account roadmaps to consistently hit revenue targets.




- Leverage Modern Workflows:Operate within an innovative environment that encourages using modern, AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows and boost client outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

- Key Account Management: Proven track record managing major enterprise or key strategic accounts and delivering robust commercial outcomes.
- Solution & Product Expansion: Success bringing recent payment products, services, or complex solutions to existing key clients.
- Executive Presence: Strong presentation skills with the confidence to advise, influence, and negotiate across all organizational levels.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to align internal operational, technical, and risk teams around customer priorities.
- Autonomy & Agility:Self-driven with high accountability and a willingness to travel across Australia as needed.
