Remote communities across the Northern Territory are seeking experienced Remote Area Nurses (RANs) to join their healthcare teams on rewarding short-term contracts starting from September. Contract lengths range from 4 weeks to 2 months, with extension opportunities available for the right nurses.

Essential Requirements

✅ Minimum 2 years post-graduate nursing experience

✅ Current ALS (Advanced Life Support) certification

✅ REC (Remote Emergency Care) certification highly regarded





✅ MEC (Maternity Emergency Care) certification highly regarded

✅ Immunisation Provider Certificate highly regarded

✅ Demonstrated cultural safety and experience providing community-centred care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities

✅ Experience working autonomously with remote clinical support and escalation pathways
