This is a part-time Renters Agent Associate role that’s fast-paced and highly involved. You will work closely with our clients throughout the rental search process, from sourcing suitable properties through to securing and moving into their new home.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting Renters Agents with sourcing suitable rental properties
- Monitoring the rental market and identifying new and pre-market opportunities
- Attending property inspections and open homes
- Preparing and submitting rental applications
- Liaising with clients throughout the rental search process
- Regularly communicating with Real Estate Agents and property managers
- Database and CRM management
- Diary management and organising appointments
- Assisting with client briefs, property shortlists and presentations
- Supporting the team through the lease negotiation and securing process

Requirements & Skills:





- Previous experience in Real Estate is NOT essential
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Immaculately presented and professional
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Fantastic phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Solid work ethic with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Energetic, ambitious and eager to learn
- Strong understanding of the Australian property and rental market
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients and briefs simultaneously
- A car is required & driver’s licence
