About the Role

We’re seeking a Truck Repair Specialist with solid welding experience to join our Repairs Team in Berrinba. You’ll work across a variety of truck body repairs and fabrications. Welding experience & fibreglass fabrication is essential.

This role suits someone who is confident working independently, takes pride in their workmanship, and enjoys being trusted to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform MIG welding on truck bodies and components
- Perform fibreglass repairs, panel beating, spray painting, and minor fabrication
- Fixing or modifying damaged fiberglass parts to meet specific requirements.
- Work safely and maintain a tidy work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

About you

- Must have MIG welding experience (Trade qualification is not required but highly advantageous)
- Experience in fibreglass repairs and spray painting
- Strong fibreglass fabrication and technical drawing interpretation skills
- Excellent problem-solving, communication,



and teamwork skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must have a current QLD Driver’s licence
- HR license or willing to obtain
