Role DescriptionWe are looking for a highly analytical and research-oriented professional to support scientific research, experimental development, data analysis, and research project execution. The role combines independent research activities with collaborative project support, contributing to the design, implementation, analysis, and documentation of scientific studies.

Key responsibilities include conducting literature reviews, developing research questions and methodologies, designing and performing experiments, collecting and analyzing scientific data, and interpreting research findings. The role will involve applying appropriate scientific and statistical techniques, maintaining accurate research records, evaluating results, and contributing to the development of reliable and evidence-based conclusions.

The successful candidate will support research projects from initial planning through experimentation, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities also include preparing technical reports, research summaries, presentations, and documentation; maintaining laboratory or research procedures where applicable; and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve research objectives. The role will also contribute to identifying new research opportunities and improving research methods, processes, and outcomes.

Qualifications





- Strong understanding of scientific research, experimental design, research methodology, and data analysis.
- Ability to conduct literature reviews, formulate research questions, and develop structured research methodologies.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of relevant scientific principles, laboratory techniques, or experimental methods.
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret complex scientific data.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, data visualization, and scientific reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant research or data analysis software.
- Knowledge of Python, R, MATLAB, or other scientific computing tools is an advantage.
- Solid scientific writing, technical documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate research records and follow established research, quality, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, scientific integrity, and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary research teams.
