About the Role:

Join a collaborative team certifying wide-ranging residential projects across the Gold Coast and Southeast Queensland, including custom and volume homes, renovations, extensions and pools.

Duties:

- Assess and approve residential building applications
- Conduct onsite inspections across the Gold Coast and SEQ
- Review compliance with relevant legislation, codes, and standards
- Liaise with builders, planners, architects, and homeowners
- Deliver practical advice and contribute to team outcomes

Skills & Experience:

- Relevant and current qualification in Building Certification
- QBCC licence, AIBS/RICS Member, White card & current driver’s licence
- Residential certification experience across homes and alterations
- Strong NCC,



building codes and standards knowledge
- Certflow or similar experience, plus Microsoft Office proficiency
