We are seeking an experienced, motivated Restaurant Manager to join one of Sydney’s largest hospitality groups, with 20 diverse venues across the city.

This is an excellent opportunity to manage a busy, high-volume restaurant while building a long-term career within a large and growing hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the restaurant’s day-to-day operations
- Lead, train and motivate front-of-house staff
- Prepare rosters and effectively manage labour costs
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness
- Monitor sales, expenses, stock and overall profitability
- Manage bookings, functions and customer enquiries
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Work closely with the kitchen and senior management
- Recruit, onboard and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA and workplace requirements
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve operations

About You
- Previous experience managing a busy restaurant
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front
- Good understanding of rostering,



labour costs and stock control
- Excellent customer-service and problem-solving abilities
- Organised, reliable and comfortable working under pressure
- Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Current NSW RSA certificate
