We are currently looking for experienced Restaurant Managers and Supervisors to join our teams at both our Coolangatta and Sanctuary Cove locations.

We are looking for motivated hospitality professionals who can lead a team, deliver excellent customer service and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy restaurant.

Restaurant Managers

- Proven restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage staff, rosters and daily operations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations
- Reliable, skilled and well presented

Supervisors

- Previous hospitality supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Confident managing a busy service
- Ability to support and motivate staff
- Excellent customer service
- Reliable and professional attitude
