Work directly for a major retail brand during an exciting period of store growth and innovation in Melbourne.

This hands-on delivery role is responsible for managing new builds, refurbishments and network improvement projects from initial planning and design through construction, approvals and ultimately opening.

Working closely with the development team, builders, consultants and external stakeholders, you will:

- Manage new builds and major/minor refurbishments from end to end
- Coordinate design, construction, authority approvals and project delivery
- Manage builders, contractors, consultants, architects and other stakeholders
- Oversee estimates, tenders, procurement, budgets and project costs
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required brand standards
- Coordinate multiple projects across Victoria
- Maintain project programs, forecasts, documentation and reporting
- Support wider capital works and network improvement programs

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership of projects through to completion . Ideally, you will have:

- Project Management experience within QSR, hospitality, retail or multi-site environments




- Experience delivering construction and refurbishment projects
- An understanding of planning, development and authority approval processes
- Strong contractor and consultant management skills
- Experience managing budgets, tenders and project costings
- The ability to interpret architectural and consultant plans
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
- A qualification in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management is advantageous

Experience within QSR or hospitality development would be particularly valuable , although candidates from comparable multi-site retail environments are encouraged to apply.
