Retail Sales & Customer Service Team Member at Drummond Golf Cairns. You will deliver exceptional customer service and create outstanding customer experiences in a busy retail store setting. Key responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create outstanding customer experiences.
- Conduct custom club fittings using the industry-leading Mi-Match fitting system.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide expert sales advice.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding inventory management and customer orders.
- Receive, organise and replenish stock to maintain store presentation and availability.
- Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming retail and entertainment workplace.

About you

- Have a genuine passion for golf and the golf industry.
- Possess strong retail sales skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Be confident, friendly and highly motivated,



with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Present professionally and take pride in your work.
- Be reliable, flexible and available to work a rotating 6-day roster, including Saturday work.
- Enjoy working as part of a team while also being able to work independently when required.
- Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Golf equipment knowledge is highly desirable; experience performing golf club repairs is highly desirable.
