At Jocelyn’s Provisions, we’ve built our reputation on uncompromising quality, warm service and a genuine love of food. We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused team members to join our Albion store, with opportunities available for both casual and permanent part time employment.

About the Role

As a team member at Jocelyn’s Provisions Albion, you’ll be an important part of creating the welcoming experience our customers know and love. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager and wider team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain our high standards of presentation and product quality and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced retail food environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver warm, friendly and knowledgeable customer service
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
- Process sales, operate the POS and handle cash accurately
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain excellent store presentation, merchandising and cleanliness
- Receive, replenish and rotate stock while maintaining product quality
- Assist with daily store operations and support the Store Manager
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
- Follow all WHS, food safety and company procedures




- Contribute to maintaining the high standards and reputation of Jocelyn’s Provisions

About You

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for quality food and excellent customer service
- Is friendly, reliable, positive and well presented
- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is confident working in a busy retail environment
- Has a proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to learn
- Has previous retail, hospitality or food service experience - this is desirable but not essential

The Positions

Casual Position Ideal for someone looking for flexible hours and the opportunity to work across a range of shifts, including weekends and busy trading periods.

Permanent Part-Time Position

Ideal for someone seeking consistent, ongoing hours and the opportunity to become an integral part of the Albion store team.
