We are seeking a weekend support worker to join our team in Rose Bay in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs at a small independent living retirement village. This is a part time position providing support in the village as required over the weekend.
Key responsibilities
- Support residents requiring assistance
- Lead response to any events that may arise from time-to-time on the weekend, including calling contractors if required
- Heat meals for a small number of residents
- Ensure communal spaces are kept tidy for residents' enjoyment
- Facilitate any social events residents organise for the weekends in the communal spaces
- Any other tasks as requested by the Village Manager
We have two positions available:
- 8am-3pm Saturday and Sunday
- 3pm-10pm Saturday and Sunday
The successful applicants will need to provide a compliant Criminal History Check.
