Role Description:

The Revit Draftsperson / Shop Drawer will be responsible for producing accurate architectural documentation and shop drawings using Revit for residential, multi-residential (including class 2) and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing detailed documentation packages for construction, coordinating drawings with design intent, updating documentation based on feedback, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.



The role also involves collaborating with architects and interior designers, organising project files, and supporting the team with documentation for approvals and construction.

What you'll be doing:

- Producing project documentation for architectural projects
- Detailed documentation for apartment buildings & disability access projects
- Shop drawings for precast and structural steel
- As-built documentation
- Working closely with and reporting to our Project Leads

What you'll bring:

- Relevant TAFE qualification in architectural drafting, building design, or a related discipline, or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in Revit for architectural drafting, including creating detailed drawings, families, and documentation sets is essential.
- Experience producing shop drawings and construction documentation, with attention to accuracy, buildability, and coordination.
- Understanding of architectural and interior design principles, building codes, and relevant standards.
- Knowledge of architectural waterproofing and passive fire details.
- Solid construction documentation experience is essential.
