About the Role

Skyline Hire is seeking experienced Riggers to support crane hire, rigging, lifting and site-based works across the Pilbara. This role suits practical, safety-focused personnel who understand high-risk lifting activities and work well as part of a crane crew.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform rigging and lifting activities safely and in accordance with site requirements
- Assist crane operators, supervisors and site teams with lift preparation and execution
- Inspect rigging gear, lifting equipment and work areas before use
- Participate in pre-starts, toolbox talks, lift planning and risk assessments
- Follow SWMS, lift plans, client requirements and company procedures
- Communicate clearly with crane operators, dogmen, riggers and supervisors
- Identify hazards and escalate safety concerns promptly
- Assist with mobilisation, demobilisation, loading, unloading and general site tasks
- Maintain good housekeeping and care of equipment

Skills and Experience

- Relevant High Risk Work Licence for rigging and/or dogging
- Experience in crane, rigging, construction, mining,



shutdown or heavy industrial works
- Strong understanding of secure lifting practices and high-risk work requirements
- Ability to follow lift plans, SWMS and site instructions
- Current Australian driver's licence preferred
- Strong communication skills and a safety-first attitude
- Ability to pass site medical, drug and alcohol screening and client mobilisation requirements

Desirable

- Intermediate or advanced rigging ticket
- EWP, forklift, working at heights or confined space tickets
- Previous Pilbara or FIFO experience
- Experience with shutdowns, maintenance or heavy industrial projects
