The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Sydney‑based Fit Out & Refurbishment division.

Led by senior construction professionals from leading mid‑tier and top‑tier builders, our team delivers complex, high‑quality projects across a diverse range of sectors and asset classes.

You will take ownership of projects from pre‑construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver fit out and refurbishment projects from start to finish
- Manage programmes, budgets, procurement, and cost control
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Manage project risk, variations, and reporting
- Ensure delivery across safety, quality, programme, and commercial targets
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Lead and support project teams to successful delivery

About You

- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial fit out and/or refurbishment projects
- Solid understanding of construction delivery, contracts, and documentation
- Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
- Commercially aware, organised, and solutions‑focused
