Papillo Earthmovers is a growing South Australian civil and bulk earthworks contractor delivering commercial, industrial and large-scale earthworks projects across Adelaide and regional SA.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Site Supervisor to join our team and take ownership of day‐to‐day site operations, crews, plant and project delivery.

n

This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who knows civil construction, can confidently run a site and wants the opportunity to progress towards Project Management.

n

About the role

n

You will be responsible for coordinating site activities from pre-start through to completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to specification.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Supervising civil and bulk earthworks crews across multiple projects
n
- Managing daily site operations, workflow and productivity
n
- Leading crews and coordinating plant and machinery
n
- Coordinating subcontractors, materials and deliveries
n
- Reading and interpreting civil drawings and plans
n
- Setting up and using GPS and UTS control systems
n
- Coordinating levels, set out and earthworks requirements
n
- Conducting pre-starts and toolbox meetings
n
- Maintaining WHS, quality and environmental standards
n
- Liaising with Project Managers, subcontractors, clients and site personnel
n




- Identifying and resolving site issues to keep projects moving
n
- Supporting projects from pre-construction handover through to completion
n

About you

n

We are looking for a Senior Civil Supervisor / Foreman with the experience and confidence to take control of a busy civil construction site.

n

You will have:

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' civil construction experience
n
- Proven experience supervising civil or bulk earthworks projects
n
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site operations
n
- Ability to confidently read and interpret civil plans
n
- Experience with GPS and UTS systems
n
- Strong understanding of civil plant and machinery
n
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
n
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
n
- White Card and relevant industry tickets
n
- A reliable, professional and practical approach
n
- Ability to work Monday-Saturday when project requirements require it
n
