Branch Manager / Manager in Waiting - Plumbing Wholesale

This is not a standard Profit Centre Manager role. You'll step into aManager in Waiting position, working across established branches, learning the full business, and preparing to take ownership of your own site.

n

Whatyou'llbedoing:

n

n
- Building strong relationships with plumbers, builders and other trade customers.
n
- Growing existing accounts and identifying current business opportunities.
n
- Supporting internal and external sales activity across multiple branches.
n
- Working hands-on across customer service, quoting, orders, stock and general branch operations.
n
- Assisting existing PCMs with team leadership and day-to-day performance.
n
- Developing your understanding of margins, pricing, stock control, P&L; and branch profitability.
n
- Learning the Tradelink operating model across Campbellfield, Ravenhall and Melton.
n
- Building the capability required to lead your own Profit Centre in the future.
n

To succeed, you will bring:

n

n
- Experience within plumbing wholesale,



trade distribution or a closely related industry.
n
- Strong relationships or credibility within the plumbing and trade community.
n
- Proven sales, account management or business-development capability.
n
- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to help wherever required.
n
- An understanding of trade customers, pricing, margins and stock.
n
- The confidence to support and influence an experienced branch team.
n
- The ambition to manage a business, together with the humility to learn it from the ground up.
n
- A current driver's licence and flexibility to work across multiple Victorian branches.
n
