About the Role

Join our Spinal Rehabilitation Unit as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, supporting strong clinical leadership and helping deliver safe, person-centred care. You'll guide the team, support patient flow and build a positive learning culture.

- Lead shift-by-shift nursing care and support patient flow
n
- Coordinate care and services across disciplines
n
- Support staff, students and less experienced nurses
n
- Assist with rostering, leave, staffing and work allocation
n
- Drive practice change, quality improvement and learning
