AMP in Melbourne is hiring a Customer Service Consultant for the North Service Centre. You will support advisers and customers via inbound calls, web chats and emails, delivering a high standard of service.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, strong numeracy, and comfort with structured rosters in a regulated workplace. Hybrid work with two days a week in the Melbourne office after training; Australian citizenship or permanent work rights required.
