We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Support Liaison Officer to join our Essilor Technology Centre in Silverwater, supporting the day-to-day operations of our Fitting Department.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands‐on role, working with people and learning new skills. Optical industry experience is highly regarded but not essential - full training will be provided.

Your Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate and support our internal operations and customer service teams
n
- Support the day-to-day operations within the fitting team
n




- Liaise with stakeholders to assist and support with the planning and delivery of orders to customers
n
- Data entry and monitoring of our Service Desk system
n

n

About You

n

n
- Experience working with Production environments
n
- Strong computer literacy, including navigating ordering systems, Excel and tools
n
- Valuable interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Good collaboration and stakeholder engagement coupled with the ability to work autonomously
n
- Capability and willingness to learn new information
n
- Previous experience in the Optical Industry will be advantageous and highly regarded
n
