Event Cinemas is seeking a capable supervisor for Cairns locations to oversee daily operations and uphold high standards. You will lead the front-line team, engage staff, and support performance development while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Applicants should have hospitality or customer-facing experience, leadership background, and a willingness to work a mix of shifts including nights and weekends. RSA and RMLV certifications are preferred, as is flexibility across three Cairns sites.
