Job Description

As our Movies Coordinator, you will be part of the heart of our outdoor cinema experience, seamlessly blending guest services with behind-the-scenes magic. You'll be a point of contact for our patrons, supporting client relations with flair while overseeing essential stock and supply levels to keep the popcorn popping. From leading the nightly setup and teardown of our stunning venue to driving our digital presence through engaging social media updates, you will ensure every screening is a blockbuster success under the Margaret River stars., * Client Relations & Support: Respond promptly to messages, emails, and phone inquiries, ensuring excellent customer assistance and handling queries efficiently.

- Stock & Supply Management: Oversee inventory control and coordinate the procurement of sufficient materials to maintain seamless operations throughout the season.
- Event Operations: Supervise and participate in the nightly preparation, setup, and teardown of the screening venue.
- Digital Presence:



Manage daily social media updates and promotional postings for upcoming movie sessions.

About the Candidate

- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Highly organised with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- RSA & First Aid Certificate
- Prior experience in sales would be advantageous
