We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager.

The successful candidate will be based in Yatala QLD.

n

Have you worked in a 2IC, department manager or co-ordinator role?

n

Our successful candidate will have:

n

1 year retail / trade experience.

n

A real passion for delivery of sound, solid customer service.

n

An eye for detail, always looking to improve.

n

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

n

Can complete physical duties associated with packing orders and loading of vehicles.

n

Worked in a fast paced environment - hands on everyday.

n

A non-stop drive to reach and exceed sales targets.

n

A very robust focus on store standards and presentation, thrives on getting in and getting the job done.

n

Previously worked to KPI's (this will be an advantage).

n

Has advanced computer skills.

n

Understanding of stock management processes.

n

You will be responsible for:

n

Supporting the Store Manager in driving store sales and achieving targets.

n

All aspects of Customer Service both face to face and over the phone.

n

Meeting deadlines around service, sales and deliveries.

n

Contributing to all aspects of store operations; serving customers, packing loads,



housekeeping.

n

Generating leads and contacting new customers, also building rapport with existing customers to meet their expectations and needs.

n
