Game Over North Lakes is seeking an exceptional Venue Manager to lead our newest and most exciting venue.

n

This is not a desk job. This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences, developing a high-performing team and driving venue performance across all areas of the business.

About The Role

n

As Venue Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the venue while leading a team of supervisors, shift managers and frontline staff.

n

You will be responsible for:

n

Leading, motivating and developing a large team

n

Delivering exceptional guest experiences

n

Managing labour, productivity and venue profitability

n

Recruitment, training and staff development

n

Rostering and workforce planning

n

Ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures

n

Driving sales and achieving business targets

n





Managing customer feedback and service recovery

n

Creating a positive and energetic workplace culture

n

About You

n

We are looking for a strong operational leader who genuinely enjoys working with people.

n

You may currently be a:

n

Venue Manager

n

Operations Manager

n

Retail Store Manager

n

Hospitality Manager

n

Experience as a manager with QSR brands such as McDonald's, Guzman y Gomez, Grill'd, Zambrero or similar environments will be highly regarded.

n

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

Proven experience leading large teams

n

Strong organisational and time management skills

n

Excellent communication and leadership ability

n

A positive, energetic and solutions-focused attitude

n

Experience managing labour costs and business performance

n

The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

n

A passion for developing and mentoring others
