Exciting permanent opportunity for a Technical Lead, leading a team of 3-4 Software Engineers on a cross functional, Agile focused technology squad in a well established, market leader across Australia and New Zealand.

They are currently undergoing some large digital transformation projects, modernising their current systems to Microservices/Event driven architecture.

As the Lead Engineer, you will collaborate with other leaders and stakeholders within the business, and have experience leading and delivering projects end to end with a deep understanding of different architectures. This role would suit someone who would like to step up into management responsibilities on small team.

- Proven technical leadership across Event driven architecture and serverless AWS
n
- Golang, Typescript
n
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practice; design patterns, continuous integration, application security and scalability

- API and Event based integration methods
n
- SQL and NoSQL databases
