Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join a Federal Government program supporting the delivery of business and technology change.

n

This is a hands-on role suited to a Change Analyst with up to three years' experience who is comfortable working in a complex program environment and supporting stakeholders through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), technology implementation and Go-Live activities.

n

You will play a key role in ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged and supported throughout the implementation of new technology, processes and ways of working.

n

A current AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory for this role.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Support the development and delivery of communications, surveys and supporting change materials
n
- Support stakeholder engagement activities, including collecting and analysing feedback
n
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and technology Go-Live activities
n
- Monitor and report on change progress, identifying risks and escalating issues where required
n
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, project teams and Subject Matter Experts to integrate change activities into Agile delivery workflows
n




- Support resistance management by identifying concerns and providing practical solutions
n
- Develop clear and concise documentation, reports and supporting materials
n
- Analyse and present data to support change activities and decision-making
n
- Contribute to a collaborative, delivery-focused workplace
n

You will have:

n

n
- Up to 3 years' experience in change management/change analysis
n
- Hands‐on experience working within a complex program or project environment
n
- Experience working in Agile environments
n
- Experience supporting UAT, technology Go-Live and/or customer service projects
n
- Exceptional verbal communication and strong stakeholder engagement skills
n
- The ability to create clear, concise documentation and reports
n
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills
n
- A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
n
- A can‐do attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
n
- Current AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance - essential
n

This role will be of as an initial contract to 30 June 2027 + view of further 12 month extension
