Job Description

Your Community Health in Melbourne's Northcote is seeking an experienced Urgent Care Clinical Manager (RN) to lead a busy community-based urgent care clinic. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team of GPs, RNs and reception staff, balance clinical practice with operational leadership, and drive quality, safety and service improvement.

This full-time role offers weekday hours, a supportive leadership team, robust links to local providers, and a focus on patient-centred care in a community
