About The Role

n

We are seeking a Property Manager to manage day-to-day leasing activities, maintain compliance, and look after properties. Your focus will be on maximising rental revenues, controlling and building a solid community fabric for our property owners and residents.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Portfolio Management: Oversee all leasing and building operations while growing our property portfolio in Norwest
n
- Client Relations: Act as the primary liaison between property owners and tenants to ensure high satisfaction.
n
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure the property meets all safety compliance, schedule routine smoke alarm battery replacement and maintenance. Keep records of all safety checks.
n
- Marketing & Leasing:



Manage property advertising, conduct inspections, and qualify prospective tenants.
n

Position Requirements

n

n
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of active experience in property management.
n
- Licences: Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and a valid driver's licence.
n
- Software: Proven experience using Console for trust account management.
n
- Skills: Strong management background in property and high-level report writing skills.
n
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours when required.
