We are seeking 3 experienced Roller Operators to join our team for patch and repair works on main roads throughout the Wheatbelt region, Western Australia. This is a outstanding opportunity for skilled operators looking for steady work on a well-supported DIDO roster.

About the Role

- Operating smooth drum and multi-tyred rollers on road patch and repair projects
- Working on main roads throughout the Wheatbelt WA region
- Start date: September

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience operating both smooth drum and multi-tyred rollers
- Solid understanding of compaction techniques for road patch and repair work
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well within a crew
- Relevant tickets/licences for plant operation (please specify on application)

What's On Offer

- $40–$45 per hour (dependent on experience)
- Drive-in/Drive-out (DIDO) roster
