Becon Roofing & Cladding Pty Ltd is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced/Qualified Roof Plumber who takes pride in doing the job properly. We have a strong pipeline ofprojects across Adelaide and are looking for someone who wants more than just another roofing job — someone who wants steady work, good projects, competitive pay and the opportunity to grow with the company.

We work across a variety of commercial, industrial and residential roofing and cladding projects, meaning you won't be stuck doing the same roof every week.

The Role

As a Roof Plumber with Becon Roofing & Cladding, you'll work alongside our experienced team delivering high-quality roofing and cladding packages across Adelaide.

Your work will include

- Installation of Colorbond and metal roofing systems & Flashings, rainwater goods
- Metal wall and architectural cladding installation
- Reading construction drawings, specifications and roofing layouts
- Setting out and measuring roofing works
- Identifying and resolving roofing details on site
- Working from EWPs and height-access systems where required
- Completing works to a high standard while maintaining a clean and safe site

We're Looking for Someone Who

We don't just want someone who can put sheets down. We're looking for a roofer who understands the trade, notices the details and takes ownership of their work.

Ideally, you will have:

- Roof Plumbing qualification and/or demonstrated roofing experience
- Experience with metal roofing/cladding and Colorbond products
- Good knowledge of flashings, gutters and roof drainage systems
- Ability to read drawings and understand roofing details
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently when required
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- A reliable and professional attitude




- Commitment to quality workmanship and site safety
- Current driver's licence
- White Card
- Current Working at Heights preferred, not necessary
- EWP ticket preferred
- Own hand tools preferred

Experience with commercial roofing, architectural cladding, box gutters and detailed flashing work will be highly regarded.

What You'll Get

$45–$60 per hour + Super

Consistent Full-Time Work

We have an ongoing pipeline of projects across the Adelaide metropolitan area.

40+ Hours Available

Full time weekday work with optional weekend and additional hours available when projects require it.

Variety of Projects

Work across commercial, industrial and residential projects rather than repeating the same type of roofing every day.

Opportunity to Progress
