Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located in the Greater Brisbane Area.

The Sales

Specialist will identify and engage potential residential and commercial customers, conduct consultations, and present tailored solar solutions based on energy needs and budgets.

Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and closing, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves collaborating with installation and technical teams, providing product information and basic training to customers,



and offering ongoing support to ensure a positive customer experience and repeat business.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, explain technical concepts clearly, and support customers throughout the sales process.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including prospecting, pipeline management, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in Training customers or team members on products, services, or processes to support informed decision-making and smooth installations.
- Knowledge of solar energy or related renewable energy solutions is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment and visiting customer locations within the Greater Brisbane Area.
- Ability to use CRM tools and basic office software for lead tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required.
- Previous experience in field sales, technical sales, or home improvement services is an advantage.
