The Client & Position Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Associate / Agent Support who can step into the team and make an immediate impact.

This is not an entry-level associate role. They want someone who understands residential sales, can confidently deal with buyers and vendors, and is happy to get stuck into the work that keeps a strong sales business moving.

You'll be involved in

- Running home opens
- Vendor and buyer communication
- Buyer callbacks and follow-up
- Prospecting and database activity
- Generating new opportunities
- Supporting the lead agent across day-to-day sales activity





This could be a excellent fit for a former Sales Representative or solo agent who still enjoys selling but would prefer the backing of an established team rather than carrying the full admin, prospecting and business-building load alone.

Who We're Looking For

- Previous residential real estate sales experience
- Confident dealing with vendors and buyers
- Polished, professional and commercially switched on
- Comfortable prospecting and following up
- Able to work autonomously
- Strong work ethic and team mentality
- Happy supporting an established agent rather than needing to be the main act
