Sales Associate – Lithgow

Due to continued growth and the success of our Lithgow sales team, we are now looking for a motivated and driven Sales Associate to become the third member of this high-performing team at McGrath Estate Agents Lithgow. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Lithgow’s number one agent and gain valuable, hands-on experience across every stage of the property sales process. You will provide essential support to the Lead Agent while helping the team deliver an exceptional experience for buyers, vendors and the wider community.

About the Role

In this diverse and rewarding position, you will:

- Provide administrative, operational and sales support to the Lead Agent
- Assist with property campaigns, open homes and buyer inspections
- Respond to buyer enquiries and conduct timely follow-up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors and prospective clients
- Coordinate appointments, property information and campaign activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the database
- Assist with prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey




- Contribute positively to the continued growth and success of the Lithgow team

About You

We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in sales, customer service or real estate
- Is motivated, proactive and eager to develop a successful real estate career
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can confidently build rapport with a wide range of clients
- Is highly organised and demonstrates strong attention to detail
- Can manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Is confident using technology, databases and relevant software
- Holds a valid driver’s licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
- Has a genuine passion for property and helping clients achieve their goals

Previous real estate experience will be highly regarded; however, we are also interested in hearing from driven individuals with strong sales or customer service experience who are ready to build a career in the industry.
