Known for her extraordinary use of Australian South Sea pearls, opals and exceptional colored gemstones, Margot creates joyful, highly individual jewels that celebrate rarity, craftsmanship and the natural beauty of Australia.

From Brisbane to Beverly Hills and now New York, Margot McKinney is entering an exciting period of international growth - while remaining proudly independent, family owned and deeply personal in the way we create jewellery and care for our clients.

THE ROLE

We are looking for accomplished luxury sales professionals who understand that extraordinary client service goes far beyond a transaction.





You will

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Introduce clients to Margot's collections and share the provenance and stories behind individual jewels
- Develop a solid network of collectors and luxury clients within New York and beyond
- Deliver highly personalized client experiences in the boutique and through private appointments
- Proactively develop sales opportunities
- Support private events, trunk shows and special client experiences
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, discretion and attention to detail
- Contribute to the culture and growth of a new flagship boutique from its very beginning

WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET PEOPLE WHO HAVE

- Experience in fine jewellery, high jewellery, luxury retail or UHNW client service
- A strong understanding of the New York luxury market
- A proven ability to develop and maintain lasting client relationships
- A warm, polished and engaging manner
- Strong commercial instincts combined with genuine discretion and emotional intelligence
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Curiosity about gemstones, craftsmanship, design and provenance
- A genuine love of beautiful things - and the ability to bring their stories to life
