The Role Working closely with the Partner, your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting residential sales campaigns from listing through to exchange
- Attending appraisals, listing presentations and client appointments
- Coordinating and attending photography, videography and marketing appointments
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Managing buyer enquiries and completing consistent follow-up




- Prospecting and building relationships with local homeowners
- Maintaining regular communication with buyers and vendors
- Managing and nurturing relationships within the sales database
- Assisting with campaign preparation and new listings
- Building your presence and network within the local marketplace

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- A minimum of 12 months' real estate experience
- Previous residential sales experience
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agent Licence
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence dealing with buyers, vendors and prospective clients
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and follow-up
- A proactive, motivated approach with the drive to succeed
- The ability to professionally represent a high-performing sales team
