McGrath Estate Agents Lithgow is looking for a motivated Sales Cadet to join our team through the McGrath Sales Academy. This entry-level position is designed for someone who is new to the industry and eager to learn, develop their skills and gain practical experience within a supportive, high-performing environment.

The primary focus of the role will be lead generation—connecting with people, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will receive structured training, coaching and hands-on experience to help you understand the complete real estate sales process.

About the Role

As a Sales Cadet, you will:

- Undertake daily lead-generation and prospecting activities
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers and property owners
- Build relationships with people in the Lithgow community
- Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within the database
- Assist with buyer enquiries, open homes and property inspections
- Support the sales team with campaigns and day-to-day activities
- Learn the complete sales process,



from prospecting through to settlement
- Participate in structured Sales Academy training and coaching
- Represent the McGrath brand professionally in every interaction
