What You'll Be Doing

- Speaking with warm, pre-qualified leads (zero cold calling) — including customers referred through our NRMA partnership
- Building real trust and rapport with clients
- Managing the full client journey from intro to happy outcome
- Collaborating with a tight-knit, supportive team
- Constantly improving through weekly team training and coaching

What We're Looking For

- Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing service — you know how to read people and make them feel looked after
- Building rapport is your superpower
- You're confident with people but never pushy
- A customer-first attitude with a dash of greatness
- You want to grow rapid, learn every week, and be part of a real team
- Comfortable picking up new systems and multitasking
- Bonus: any experience in sales, automotive, finance, or insurance (not required — we'll train you)
