Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Executive / Sales Representative at HabiSite | Arquitectura con Propósito. The role involves identifying and qualifying new leads, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and presenting HabiSite’s architectural services and solutions in a clear and compelling way.

Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting virtual meetings and follow-ups, preparing proposals and quotations, and collaborating with the design team to align client expectations with deliverables.

The Sales

Executive / Sales Representative will also track sales activities, update CRM tools, and contribute to sales strategies and campaigns to support business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals, preferably within architecture, real estate,



construction, or related sectors.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical or design concepts in accessible, client-friendly language.
- Comfort with work from home tools, CRM or sales management software, and basic digital collaboration platforms (e.g., video conferencing, shared documents).
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple prospects, follow-ups, and deadlines in a part-time schedule.
- Interest in architecture, design, or built environments; prior exposure to architectural services or design projects is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on ethical, client-centric sales practices.
- Relevant education or training in sales, business, marketing, architecture, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent experience is also valued.
