BaptistCare Heritage Manor in Morwell, VIC is seeking experienced Personal Care Workers for casual shifts across mornings, afternoons and nights. You’ll deliver compassionate personal care guided by each resident’s care plan and contribute to a supportive home workplace.

Eligible applicants have Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent, at least 12 months in residential aged care, and the right to work in Australia. A strong team ethic and flexibility are essential.
