At Harrison Child & Family Clinic, we’re on the lookout for a Casual Client Care Officer (CCO) to join our team. This role is all about creating a smooth, friendly experience for families, keeping things running behind the scenes, and supporting our clinicians so they can focus on care.

What the role involves

- Welcoming families and ensuring they feel comfortable and supported
- Managing reception duties with professionalism and a warm smile
- Handling bookings, payments, and client records with accuracy
- Answering phones, emails, and messages in a timely manner
- Helping the clinical team and practice manager with the little things that keep the clinic running smoothly

About you





- A people person — approachable, friendly, and professional
- Organised and able to keep track of details in a busy environment
- A confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Reliable and flexible, happy to jump in and help where neededSomeone who enjoys being part of a team and bringing good energy to the workplace
