Brisbane Brewing Co is seeking a Duty Manager for our Woolloongabba venue. This hands-on role oversees daily operations, leads staff, and ensures excellent service across bar, restaurant, and events. A meal is provided per shift, with a 5-day work week and two RDOs.

We require 3–5 years in hospitality management, 2+ years in a similar role, and current RSA/RSG/RMLV licenses. Australian citizens and permanent residents only. Training and robust customer service are essential elements of this role.
