About the role

Lead a team of agents, associates and administrators, with a focus on performance, growth and maintaining market share. As part of the leadership team, you will coach and develop people, create accountability and ensure the team has the skills, systems and support to perform at their best.

- Drive day-to-day sales performance across the team
- Lead sales meetings, 1:1s, training, KPIs and performance reviews
- Coach on dialogue, winning listings, fee negotiation and sales strategy
- Recruit agents and retain existing team
- Contribute to individual and business growth plans
- Manage targets, budgets, systems, technology and compliance

Experience required

- Direct experience as a sales manager in residential real estate essential
- Strong knowledge of the residential sales process and legislation
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor agent performance
- Experience managing sales targets, KPIs and budgets
- Valid Class 1 or 2 real estate license
- Driver's license and reliable car
