We are looking for a motivated, energetic and results-driven Sales & Fitness Representative to join our team and help us grow our presence in the Brisbane fitness market.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in fitness, health, wellness, retail or a related industry.
- Previous experience in a sales representative, sales management, business development or inside sales role.
- A genuine passion for fitness, gyms and sport.
- Positive knowledge of gym equipment and an understanding of how to use common fitness equipment.
- Strong telephone sales and communication skills.
- Confidence building relationships with new and existing customers.
- A proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
- Strong customer service and solution-selling skills.
- Excellent time management, organisation and attention to detail.
- A positive, resilient and proactive attitude.
- The ability to learn quickly, take feedback and continuously improve.

What You'll Be Doing

- Making daily outbound calls to new and existing clients.
- Starting meaningful conversations and identifying customer and business needs.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Conducting discovery conversations to understand customer requirements.
- Recommending appropriate products and fitness solutions based on customer needs.
- Presenting and explaining our products and services.
- Managing your CRM pipeline and keeping customer information organised.
- Following up with leads and opportunities throughout the sales process.
- Working towards clear daily, weekly and monthly activity and performance targets.




- Contributing to the growth and development of our Brisbane market.
- Supporting customers with basic information about gym equipment, fitness products and services.
