In 2013 I was a fresh graduate in Barcelona, and nobody was calling me back. My father, newly retired after twenty years flying for Emirates, was buying an apartment in Dubai.

After that there is no ceiling: 50-70% commission, paid daily. The US$2.4M above is our best earner, not our average. But he is real.
