About the role

As a Residential Sales Agent, you will play an active role in the day-to-day operation of our sales team, working alongside the Directors and supporting the successful delivery of property campaigns. You will receive ongoing training, mentoring and professional development,



with the chance to learn from experienced industry professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
- Assisting with property appraisals and preparing market feedback
- Conducting buyer inspections, private appointments and open-for-inspections
- Following up buyers and maintaining an active database
- Assisting with the preparation and execution of residential sales campaigns
- Coordinating campaign activity with vendors, buyers, photographers, stylists and other suppliers
- Providing regular and professional communication to vendors throughout campaigns
- Qualifying buyers and identifying genuine purchasing opportunities
- Assisting with negotiations and facilitating successful sales outcomes
