We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team and help drive new business and revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

- Identify and convert new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present and promote products/services to prospects
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity

What we’re looking for:

- Ideally you would have some abrasive blasting experience/knowledge but not essential
- Tradesperson wanting to transition off the tools welcome to apply
- People from aligning industries such as air compressor, paint supplies, etc welcome to apply
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience (preferred, not essential)




- Comfortable in a quick-paced environment
- Team player with a competitive mindset
