About the Role

You'll build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality clients across Sydney metro — out on the road meeting customers, identifying new opportunities, developing existing accounts, and making sure every customer receives outstanding service.

You'll thrive here if you're naturally personable, confident in your communication, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.

What You'll Be Doing

- Prospecting and calling on new customer opportunities across your territory
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Providing exceptional service throughout the sales process and following up regularly
- Working towards individual and team sales goals

What We're Looking For





- Excellent communication, customer service and rapport-building skills
- A confident, friendly and professional approach — motivated and results-driven
- Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to work independently
- A genuine interest in the hospitality industry
- Previous hospitality and/or sales experience is highly regarded but not essential — attitude matters most and full training is provided
- Current driver's licence (required)
- Full Australian working rights (required)

- $80,000–$110,000 + superannuation
